IRS - All properties classified according to energy certificate in category A or A + benefit accretion of 10% limit established for tax deduction in the case “Interest and amortization of debt” Interest and amortization of debts incurred with the acquisition, construction or improvement properties for their permanent abode. “This means we spend a limit of 586 Euros to 644.60 Euros.
